Plateau-Mont-Royal
The Plateau-Mont-Royal is particularly popular with expatriates, especially the French. Rents are quite high there but, although densely populated, it is a very green borough with two of the largest parks in Montreal. Rue St-Denis and Avenue du Mont-Royal are popular streets full of small shops, bars and restaurants.

Ville-Marie brings together the business center and the historic center of the city. Hochelaga-Maisonneuve
Also called HOMA, this district in the east of the city is young and lively! The rents are affordable and you will find a village atmosphere where the community holds a good place. This is where the iconic Olympic Stadium, the biodôme and the Maisonneuve Market are located.
